Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of case records
  • Prepare and open new cases in the proper database
  • Document various documents and files, including clients' personal information, police reports, and court dates
  • Run and create various reports
  • Research new warrants to determine if client files should be updated
  • Answer telephone calls and provide information to or refer callers to appropriate personnel
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science or Criminal Justice preferred
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in data entry in a law office
