Job Overview

Are you a customer-focused professional with a talent for addressing client concerns? We are looking for a full-time Mortgage Loan Servicing Processor to become an integral part of our organization. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for our mortgage loan clients, delivering exceptional support while complying with banking standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the banking sector
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with loan operations is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide assistance through phone and email communications
  • Input and modify retail mortgage and consumer loans within the Fiserv system
  • Prepare payoff statements and manage funds for mortgage and consumer loans
  • Oversee escrow accounts and insurance policies
  • Administer flood insurance policies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support construction draw requests and manage document imaging tasks
  • Examine and confirm the accuracy of loan documentation packages
  • Facilitate loan funding and disbursement record-keeping
  • Renew UCC filings and verify the precision of loan data
  • Investigate and rectify payment application discrepancies
  • Update loan account details and manage automated payment systems
  • Assist with year-end statements and mortgage verifications

Work Environment:

This is a full-time role based at our corporate headquarters. The standard work schedule consists of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, concluding at 4:00 PM daily, with at least one evening per week extending until 5:00 PM CST.
