The Clinical Care Specialist will work on an inpatient unit at our Oconomowoc campus, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Assess patients physically and mentally, identifying areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Administer medication and provide education to patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Formal training in management of the aggressive patient
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred
