Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Marietta, GA.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality processes contributing to the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external sources to ensure seamless operations
- Address issues promptly and efficiently
- Partner with transportation providers to maintain confidentiality and integrity of documents
- Facilitate and improve the efficiency of workflow processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in billing or transportation logistics
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle and organize accurate information
- Studies related to billing or transportation/logistics
