Housing Liaison Specialist

The Housing Liaison is a critical role within our organization, responsible for supporting individuals in need of eviction prevention services. This position requires a unique blend of case management skills, community outreach, and crisis intervention expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal and external agencies to identify individuals eligible for eviction prevention programs
- Maintain and process referrals, working within the Bellweather system and coordinating with the Finance Department
- Deliver eviction prevention funds to individuals in need
- Provide support to individuals facing potential eviction, working within a multidisciplinary team
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of six months experience in the behavioral health and/or substance abuse field required
- Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred
- Current AZ driver's license in good standing and clear 39-month motor vehicle record
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) preferred
