Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housing Specialist to join our team at Quadel Consulting. As a Housing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various program activities, including processing applications for eligibility, verifying participant's status, and preparing documents in accordance with HUD regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assigned activities and transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete assigned work with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Answer inquiries from participants, owners, applicants, and the general public with a high level of professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain productivity information and ensure nondiscrimination in all activities.
  • Determine eligibility for program participation and review applications, verifications, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Establish and maintain individual applicant/participant files and handle all personally identifiable information (PII) in strictest confidence.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain updated computer files.
  • Coordinate activities with Supervisors, Managers, Inspectors, and other coworkers.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in an environment requiring extensive public contact or customer service, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
