Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Warehouse and Production Operations: Ensure daily inbound and outbound deliveries are fulfilled, and develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
  • Develop and Implement Operational Strategies: Evaluate organizational performance, adjust practices based on quantitative and qualitative information, and manage budgets and cost of sales in each department to achieve financial objectives.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Hire, performance manage, engage, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality Standards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance and implement long-term reporting processes and operational strategies, and ensure all facilities and operational practices meet safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or 10 years experience in a leadership role.
