Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator, providing day-to-day administrative support for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, web-based chats, and multiple forms of communication related to customer service.

  • Provide administrative support for customer inquiries, orders, service requirements, and complaints.
  • Process documents in accordance with customs requirements and coordinate cargo availability.

Requirements and Qualifications
