Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk Wine Management: Oversee the receipt and storage of bulk wine, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to TTB standards.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the winemaker to manage winemaking materials inventories, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order Generation: Create and verify non-blending winemaking orders for the cellar team.
  • Reporting: Generate and verify the monthly Federal Operations Report (702) for winemaker signoff.
  • Office Management: Oversee the cellar office, including ordering office materials, supplies, and lab supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software.
  • Experience: Proven experience in winemaking operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, occasional lifting of 30 pounds, and ability to navigate the facility.
