Our Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certification allows us to deliver superior MOT services, including design, installation, maintenance, and equipment rental.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MOT Supervisor who prioritizes safety and excellence in their work.
Core Responsibilities- Lead and supervise MOT crews to ensure safe and efficient traffic control during road construction projects.
- Implement and enforce all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute traffic management strategies in accordance with project specifications.
- Inspect work sites regularly to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with standards.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to MOT operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to read, write, and complete work reports.
- Current valid FDOT MOT/TTC Advanced Certification and State of Florida Advanced Training for Worksite Traffic Supervisor certification.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an MOT Foreman/Crew Leader in highway construction. Two years of this experience should be at the lead level or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
- Successful completion of a drug test and willingness to submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
