Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in problem-solving initiatives and the development of effective countermeasures.
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary resource for quality-related inquiries within the assigned production area, making informed accept/reject decisions.
- Analyze quality trends to mitigate defects, identify underlying causes, and initiate corrective actions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of countermeasures for both internal and customer-related issues.
- Assess task requirements swiftly, recognizing potential challenges and communicating effectively to ensure successful task execution.
- Utilize sound judgment and statistical reasoning in decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with transmission disassembly and assembly is advantageous.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems, processes, and materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
