Infection Control and Performance Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infection Control and Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at St John's Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient safety and quality of care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement infection control and performance improvement programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to identify and address quality and safety issues.
- Conduct regular safety rounds to ensure adherence to infection control and safety practices.
- Facilitate internal audits and reviews to ensure preparedness for regulatory surveys.
- Develop and maintain scorecards for all service lines to track quality, safety, and satisfaction metrics.
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current and valid state RN or LPN license.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum two years of experience in acute care, preferably in infection control and quality improvement.
- Experience with hospital accreditation standards and survey process.
- Certified professional in healthcare quality.
