Job Title: International Shipping Specialist

At PrideStaff, we are seeking a highly skilled International Shipping Specialist to join our team. As an International Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks/containers, ensuring accurate inventory management and documentation.
  • Stock and pull inventory accurately, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Down count and record inventory pulls, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Enter shipping instructions in the international shipper, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
  • Pull orders for manufacturing accurately and timely, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Bill of lading, UPS/FedEx shipping systems, and customs documents as required by destination country.
  • Prepares International Shipping Documents and communicates with Forwarding agents when applicable.
Requirements:
  • Pay: $20 to $24/hr. DOE
  • Schedule: 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday - minimum OT
  • PPE: Steel toes and gloves
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
