Key Responsibilities:
Facilitates Salesforce deployment initiatives and offers comprehensive support to less experienced team members.
Utilizes both configuration-based methodologies and custom development (e.g., APEX/VisualForce) to implement solutions. Formulates technical strategies, methodologies, and associated system documentation.
Enhances performance across the Salesforce ecosystem and possesses technical acumen in various Salesforce products (e.g., ServiceCloud, Communities).

Delivers work that aligns with Federal security protocols (e.g., FISMA), development standards (e.g., Digital Service Playbook), and other pertinent agency guidelines.

Adheres to engineering, design, and coding deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
Conducts unit, side effect, and system testing of solutions as required.
Employs Agile IT practices.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on experience.

Salesforce Platform Expertise:

Apex:
In-depth knowledge and experience in Apex programming, including triggers, controllers, and batch processing.

Visualforce:
Experience in crafting custom user interfaces utilizing Visualforce.

Lightning Components:
Expertise in developing Lightning web components (LWC) and Aura components.

Salesforce APIs:
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) for integration purposes.

Customization and Configuration:

Declarative Tools:
Proficient in utilizing Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.

Security and Access Management:
Comprehension of Salesforce security features, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

Integration and Middleware:

Middleware Platforms:
Experience with integration middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)

External Services Integration:
Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external services and systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).

Problem Solving and Debugging:

Debugging and Performance Tuning:
Strong capabilities in debugging, performance optimization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications.

Error Handling:
Awareness of best practices for error management in Salesforce.

Interpersonal Skills and Teamwork:

Agile Methodologies:
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Collaboration Tools:
Proficient with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
