Job Title: Healthcare Administrator

Covenant Living Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional business outcomes in the areas of financial health, quality of healthcare services, employee and resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and measure financial metrics, including reimbursements, payroll expenses, and occupancy
  • Ensure sound operations from a system perspective and use systems effectively to drive successful business outcomes
  • Manage and measure quality metrics, including re-hospitalization rates, weight management, fall prevention, wound management, and pain management
  • Ensure proactive compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Build high-performing teams through effective motivational techniques, continuous feedback loops, clear expectation setting, and consistent performance management
  • Develop and implement systems and processes that motivate a diverse group of team members
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Healthcare Administrator or in a related role
  • Active state-appropriate Healthcare Administrator's license
  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively to achieve successful business results
  • Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with dashboards, spreadsheets, data manipulation, and medical record navigation
