Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer II to join our team at Mindlance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, software engineering, or data analysis, with a focus on big data technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or data analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Spark and data warehousing
  • Ability to design and build data models to improve data accessibility, efficiency, and quality
  • Experience with ELT pipelines and data transformation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value-added analysis

Job Description:

The Data Engineer II will be responsible for writing ELT pipelines in SQL and Python, utilizing advanced technologies for modeling enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and client lifecycles, as well as the ability to analyze factory, user, and failure data to resolve battery problems.

Requirements:

  • MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Battery Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field
  • CSSBB, CQE desired
