As a key member of the Apple Ads marketplace team, you will drive the exploration, analysis, and development of data-driven solutions that drive business insights and improve the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytical solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Apply statistics and machine learning to generate clear actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Communicate results effectively to technical audiences and executive leadership.
  • Partner with engineering to develop initial prototypes to address complex business problems.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a data science or business intelligence role.
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL, and familiarity with machine learning, statistical and causal inference packages.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying statistics and machine learning to generate clear actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with a variety of data stores, including Hadoop and Snowflake.
  • Exceptional communication skills to share analyses in a clear and effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mobile advertising industry or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Causal Impact.
  • Familiarity with job orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
  • Ability to build visualizations and enable broader consumption of insights and tools.
