Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and resolve any issues.

Customer Account Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts supporting up to 5 sales people, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as necessary.

Pre-Sale Activities:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and product recommendations, preparing quotes, proposals, and samples for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide customers with the latest product information and promotional materials.

Post-Sale Activities:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
