​Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
​Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at Animal Dermatology Clinic.


​Key Responsibilities
​Client Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners via phone and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails in a prompt and courteous manner.

​Outbound Calling

  • Confirm appointments with pet owners via outbound calling.
  • Coordinate appointment changes and provide updates to pet owners as needed.

​Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the veterinary clinic, including data entry and office administration tasks.
  • Assist with marketing implementation and other special projects as needed.

​Requirements
​Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a veterinary hospital or similar environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

​Physical Requirements

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
