Mental Health Specialist for Schools

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced social workers in Michigan to work with a reputable school district in the Manchester area.
About the Position:
- This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs and evaluating factors affecting their academic performance and overall adjustment.
- You will provide individual and group counseling sessions, offer crisis intervention, and teach coping skills to students.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- A Social Work License (LSW, LCSW) and a Master's Degree in Social Work are essential qualifications for this role.
- Previous school experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated hourly pay is between $35-45, depending on your level of experience.
