Key Responsibilities- Triage and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Prioritize and document support requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all support calls in our database application
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in general desktop support with hardware and business applications
- Valid driver's license or equivalent
- A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of computer technology and terminology
