About the Role

The Sales Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a consistent and quality experience for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide extensive product knowledge, strong selling skills, and authentic clienteling to support a best-in-class level of customer service.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Meet store and metric goals, ensuring a high level of sales performance and contributing to the success of the store.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion, ensuring the brand mission is brought to life and introduced to every customer who walks into our store.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide assistance to our Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing store environment.
  • Policy and Procedure: Maintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory and stock management, ensuring accurate and efficient stock levels.
  • Point of Sale: Accurately process Point of Sale transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Core Values: Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone, including being original, authentic, innovative, and disciplined.
Requirements
  • Availability: The Sales Specialist role is part-time, requiring 24-30 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-day availability.
