At Moments Hospice, our dedicated team is committed to providing patient comfort and dignity during their final days. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a compassionate team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform personal care activities related to daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Review patient care plans and assist with lifting and transferring patients.
  • Assist with range of motion, positioning, exercise, and ambulation.
  • Maintain electronic medical records and work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.

What You'll Need:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
