Key Responsibilities- Customer Centric Experience: Provide a positive and engaging customer experience by actively acknowledging and interacting with every customer, utilizing our selling program to promote the best solutions, and maintaining awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
- Store Operations Commitment: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, adhering to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation, and ensuring freight sorting areas are organized and set up according to guidelines.
- Print and Tech Expertise: Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools, including advanced level of Print and Technology training, and continued education in these areas, up to and including designated certifications, if required.
- Compliance Adherence and Support: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support the company's loss prevention efforts.
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- No previous experience required, retail sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
- Ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
- Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
