About the Role:

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashiering and Sales Floor Support
  • Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items)
  • Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No experience required, will train the right person for the job
Clearances and Licenses:
  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00/hour. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven organization and gain valuable work experience.
