Job Summary

The Spa Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by offering comprehensive guidance on spa procedures and services, booking appointments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with a thorough understanding of all spa services and amenities.
  • Accurately book and manage spa appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Sell and upsell products to clients, promoting retail sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs, providing a professional and pleasant experience.
  • Offer spa tours and provide information on spa facilities and services as needed.
  • Interact cooperatively with guests and colleagues, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards, adhering to Well & Being Spa and Trilogy's high standards.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales, and/or retail.
  • At least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Knowledge of all spa and salon treatments, with the ability to explain services in detail to guests.
  • Sales-driven and customer service-oriented personality, with a strong command of both written and verbal English.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain professionalism.
  • Polished appearance, with a willingness to cover visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours.
  • Flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour + Gratuity Pool + Retail Commission
