Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Program Financial Management team to ensure the delivery of precise and timely financial data
  • Manage monthly budget forecasts and contract billing procedures
  • Develop and maintain financial planning tools while promoting process enhancement initiatives
  • Collaborate with program operations to identify and address potential risks
  • Support new business proposals and conduct audits

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in non-profit finance or a related area
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in Excel, including experience with lookup functions, pivot tables, and macros
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with GAAP and Accounting Information Systems
