Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Addiction Recovery Assistant to join our team at The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard. As a key member of our Residential Recovery Programs, you will provide ongoing care and support to clients, promoting a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and report client behavior during evening and weekend hours to professional staff.
  • Provide support and structure as needed to clients in our Residential Recovery Programs.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a comprehensive and individualized approach to client care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of the 12-Step Recovery Programs.
  • 12 college credits in Behavioral Health/Human Services preferred.
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish).
  • Prior experience dealing with Addiction & Mental Health Population's.
