We are partnering with IDR, Inc. to find an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist. This role will help execute and support the company's knowledge management strategy in Memphis, TN, driving continuous learning and enhancing self-service capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and promote the company's Knowledge Management program.
  • Implement and maintain a structured knowledge architecture, including taxonomy, templates, and compliance with KM guidelines.
  • Monitor content within controlled spaces to ensure it meets organizational standards.
  • Conduct end-user interviews and testing to optimize search capabilities and overall knowledge experience (including AI-driven improvements).
  • Review and refine critical governance policies and procedures for clarity and consistency.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
