Job Title: Municipal Project Coordinator

Citadel CPM seeks skilled professionals to join our team as a Municipal Project Coordinator. This role will involve managing public Stormwater and Road projects, requiring effective communication skills, work experience in project planning and development, and knowledge of relevant regulations such as CEQA/NEPA, Envision, Public Contracting Code, Greenbook, and CSI.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental permitting, construction, and close-out.
  • Develop and control project scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitate project team and client meetings, negotiate change orders, and coordinate construction activities.
  • Monitor and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing municipal infrastructure projects (PM I) or 10 years (PM II).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, work experience in project planning and development.
  • Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project, develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA, Envision, Public Contracting Code, Greenbook, and CSI.
  • Experience with scheduling software using P6 and/or Microsoft Project Online.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $137,500 - $177,500 per year.
