As a Construction Project Coordinator at Citadel CPM, you will be working with a project team on the development and construction of various types of capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience in managing construction projects including infrastructure and healthcare.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with large capital improvement programs and familiarity with relevant public codes
  • Provide technical support to project teams including architects, engineers, inspectors, consultants, end users, and other client staff
  • Coordinate with all project team members including contractors, surveyors, testers, and inspectors
  • Maintain accurate records drawings prior to monthly progress payments
  • Perform field checks on scope of work to determine compliance with contract plans and specifications
  • Document progress of scope of work, log progress photos, and complete daily reports as required

PAY RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000 salary per year.
