Claims Vendor Management Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Claims Vendor Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to manage Chubb's billing workflows and platforms, as well as Vendor Management processes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, strong computer literacy, and experience in data management, vendor management, and/or eBilling system administration. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to interact effectively at various levels within the corporation, and exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the electronic invoice submission process for outside vendors, including communicating and working directly with third-party vendors.
- Maintain the ebilling platform (T360) and engage with providers involved in its workflows.
- Assist in the support, maintenance, and updating of core Vendor Management systems and tools, including the ebilling platform and established Vendor Management processes.
- Identify and facilitate product and workflow improvements for Vendor Management processes.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Experience in data management, vendor management, and/or eBilling system administration.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact effectively at various levels within the corporation.
- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
