Sales Representative

At US LBM Holdings, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Arizona. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and securing new sales to increase the profitability of the company.
This role requires maintaining existing accounts while generating new business through cold calls and following leads. You will promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company, providing existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling building materials to customers and contractors.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and problems.
- Assisting with the selection of products best suited to customer needs.
- Preparing and communicating price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
- Coordinating project schedules, contractor schedules, and material deliveries.
- Preparing and inputting orders as necessary.
- Informing the company of competitive prices, products, and area-related information.
- Maintaining current knowledge of daily and monthly sales and their relationship to budget and margin goals.
- Researching and ordering special products as necessary.
- Estimating materials from blueprints supplied by customer/contractor.
Requirements include:
- 3 years of sales experience in building materials or a related industry.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license.
