Fire Alarm System Sales Representative

At Firetrol Protection Systems, we are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm System Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the local market.
This role involves selling new construction, retro-fit, and tenant improvement fire alarm systems to clients. Key responsibilities include prospecting and developing new customers, upselling additional services, negotiating pricing for fire alarm contract sales, and maintaining existing accounts through regular customer contact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in a business-to-business setting, and a deep understanding of the fire alarm industry in the local region. Experience with EST equipment and service and inspection sales is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, are essential.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, including presenting to potential clients and negotiating in direct sales opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the fire alarm industry, specifically in the local region.
- Experience with EST equipment.
- Experience in business-to-business sales.
- Proven track record in bid market sales in the local area.
- Ability to satisfy all necessary background check requirements.
- Knowledge of security and nurse call systems is a plus.
