Crystal Group is seeking a highly skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Integration: Assemble products or sub-assemblies by following drawings, diagrams, or work instructions.
- Operate Equipment: Operate hand and power tools and production equipment to build specified products.
- Maintenance and Quality Control: Maintain general tools and equipment, and ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment.
- Education: High School degree or equivalent required; Associates degree in computer hardware related field preferred.
- Experience: Three years of experience in the hardware field; ability to build a computer from the ground up is highly desirable.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally sit at a computer; must be able to manipulate small objects and visually scrutinize hardware.
