Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames, coordinating measurements, and providing expert advice to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Take pride in store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
