About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers with a Smile: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a smile and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Operate Register and Process Sales: Accurately operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payment from customers.
  • Prepare Pizza to Domino's Standards: Prepare pizza to meet Domino's high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Domino's image standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
