Administrative Support Specialist

Grizzly Industrial Inc is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our President and other executives.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per yearThis role requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities- Manage Outlook calendar and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements and distribute mail
- Maintain patents and trademarks, order supplies, and greet clients
- Draft letters, memos, and emails on behalf of the President
- Assist Human Resources with scheduling interviews and support other administrative staff
- At least 2 years administrative support experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Type at least 50 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- Proficient with digital communication tools (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
