Crisis Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Clinician 2 to join our team at Marion County. As a Crisis Clinician 2, you will provide crisis mental health assessments, treatment, and case management services to individuals and families in need. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide counseling and support, and connect clients with community resources.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to address mental health concerns, substance abuse, and other related issues.
- Collaborate with community agencies and providers to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services to support client needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least one year of full-time, post-Master's degree experience in the behavioral health field.
- Strong knowledge of community mental health concepts, individual assessment, treatment planning, and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality services.
