Fundraising Event Coordinator

Position Overview: Insight Global is in search of a Fundraising Event Coordinator to support a non-profit organization. This role is primarily remote, with potential local travel as the event approaches.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Executive Events Director, assisting with various operational and administrative responsibilities leading up to the fundraising event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics for the event and facilitate sponsorship acquisition.
  • Engage in daily communication with external vendors, volunteers, and event staff.
  • Handle correspondence via email and other communication channels.

Contract Details: This position is a contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance and future events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting non-profit fundraising initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles such as Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience in event planning or as a volunteer coordinator.
  • Background in organizing fundraising events like galas or tournaments.
