Position Overview

Insight Global is in search of an Event Operations Coordinator for a non-profit organization. This position is primarily remote, with potential local travel as the event date approaches.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will report directly to the Executive Events Director and will be responsible for various operational and administrative tasks in preparation for the fundraising event.

  • Manage logistics and coordinate event details.
  • Drive sponsorship efforts and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Communicate effectively through emails and other correspondence with vendors, volunteers, and event staff.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting a non-profit fundraising initiative.
  • Proven experience in roles such as Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience

While not required, the following will be considered advantageous:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience in event planning or as a volunteer coordinator.
  • Background in organizing fundraising events like galas or tournaments.
