Position OverviewThe Installation Operations Supervisor at Renewal by Andersen of Florida oversees subcontractor teams and manages the installation workflow from initiation to completion.
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in technical measurements and deliver exceptional service to guarantee homeowner satisfaction and optimal resource allocation.

- Ensure homeowner satisfaction through effective training and coaching on technical skills and customer service, including regular site visits to assess processes.
- Meet or exceed homeowner expectations regarding installation timelines by maintaining a skilled workforce to adapt to demand changes.
- Achieve or surpass financial targets by ensuring a capable workforce and utilizing outsourcing when necessary.
- Lead safety initiatives to promote adherence to safe practices throughout the installation process.
- Accurately assess dimensions and establish installation procedures for windows and doors.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements affecting the installation process.
- Supervise installation associates, fostering open communication and addressing team inquiries.
- Manage independent contractors, including selection, training, and contract oversight, to maintain adequate installation capacity.
- Engage directly with homeowners to resolve any installation-related issues.
- Directly oversee all associates involved in the installation workflow.
- Fundamental understanding of installation processes and requirements.
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution is essential.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and construction methods.
- Prior experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic financial acumen; previous P&L responsibility is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
