Assembly Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Associate to join our team at Signature Systems, a leading manufacturer of composite ground protection solutions. As an Assembly Associate, you will play a critical role in assembling finished products and the parts that go into them, using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install screws and cams into semi-finished products
- Weld mats with a weld gun
- Debur weld seams
- Conduct quality control checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift
- Work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Experience working with hand tools such as drills, circular saws, and torque wrenches preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions and working conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
