Application Process:
All applicants aged 18 and older must complete their own application form. A nonrefundable application fee of $40.00 is required for processing. Please ensure that the application fee is submitted online to avoid delays.
Credit Evaluation:
We conduct credit checks for all applicants, which incurs a nonrefundable fee of $20.00 per report. If a guarantor or co-signer is involved, we reserve the right to obtain their credit information as well.
Income Verification:
Proof of income is essential for all applicants and their guarantors. Self-employed individuals must provide their latest tax returns and three months of bank statements. Documentation is required for any income sources, including Social Security or child support.
Pet Policy:
Specific dog breeds are not permitted in our properties. A monthly pet fee will apply for approved pets, and we reserve the right to revoke pet privileges if necessary.
Approval Requirements:
To finalize the application, all fees must be paid, and necessary identification documents must be provided. A security deposit is also required, and a rental agreement must be signed by all approved parties.
