Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Police Cadet Program. As a Police Cadet, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in law enforcement while pursuing your education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend college full-time and complete 20 hours of coursework per week
  • Work 20 hours per week as a Police Cadet with the Winston-Salem Police Department
  • Maintain a 3.0 GPA and meet all program requirements
  • Pass a background check and initial eligibility testing
