Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Talent & Culture Program Management to join our Talent & Culture team. The successful candidate will lead the project/program management for KPMG's Business Process Group's Talent & Culture (BPG T&C) Account Team-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage and monitor portfolio/program budgetary requirements, using standardized reporting tools to track progress, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with HR project/program managers across business units to ensure integrated and resource-optimized programs.
  • Present project proposals and statuses, ensuring transparency and clarity in communications.
  • Participate in change management initiatives and provide strategic input to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum six years of recent experience in managing project/programs and broad understanding of program and project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; project management certification preferred.
  • Experience participating on, or managing human resource program/project management initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Planview (Clarizen).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and outstanding time management skills.
