Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at 99 Healthcare Management. This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in our internal medicine office.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program and at least two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accompanying patients to exam rooms and taking vitals
  • Collecting patient history and administering injections and immunizations
  • Assisting with procedures and updating patient records
  • Answering patient calls and scheduling appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
