As a Medical Assistant Lead, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care and demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
  • Leading and supporting frontline staff in day-to-day clinical operations, including delegation of duties, management of operational issues, and adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
  • Serving as a point of contact for daily operations and assessing, resolving, and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified MA candidates will need the following:

  • One year experience preferred
  • Clinical skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required
  • Diploma from an accredited medical assistants program and externship completed is preferred
  • Current Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant required
  • BLS for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association require
  • Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
