Medical Support Specialist

Superior Health Consulting is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant or Tech to provide assessments for physicians and perform supplemental monitoring and optimized detection of cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic conditions associated with adverse health events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be flexible with late hours and weekends, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for performing medical record reviews, ANS testing, EKG testing, and transcribing and documenting assessments into the electronic health record.
- Perform medical record reviews of patient charts.
- Conduct ANS testing and EKG testing.
- Transcribe and document assessments from testing into the electronic health record.
- Communicate effectively among team members.
- Assist medical assistants as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Preferred Medical Assistant certification.
- Friendly and outgoing attitude towards patients.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Background check and drug test required.
