Lead a Team of Sales RepresentativesYou will be responsible for building, coaching, and leading a team of entry-to-junior level sales representatives, focused on generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development leadership and be passionate about fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional team results according to defined monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity measures.
- Inspire, lead, and coach your team to success through regular feedback and training.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales organizations to ensure alignment of goals and successful execution of lead-generation campaigns.
- Collect, analyze, and report data around team, individual, and operational performance.
- Lead in the hiring, onboarding, and development of new MDRs.
- Become an expert in the tools and technology we use to execute and track MDR activities.
- Partner with the sales enablement team to ensure MDRs receive relevant, effective training.
- Identify gaps in current processes and continually improve and implement best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive analysis to inform outreach strategies.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 3-5 years of related sales or market development experience.
- 1 or more years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Ability to coach and manage a team of entry-or-junior level sales reps.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking for effective decision making.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about data and operational excellence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and senior leadership.
- A positive attitude, with tons of energy, enthusiasm, humor, and compassion.
